When you purchase Credits or other paid services, payment processing is handled by Paddle or another payment provider displayed during checkout.

We do not directly collect or store your full payment card number.

Information required for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

3. Reference Video Processing

When you provide a third-party reference video URL, TrendMimic may retrieve and process the reference content for the purpose of generating an analysis and completing your requested video generation.

Reference video files are not intended to be permanently stored by TrendMimic.

We may retain derived analysis information, such as:

Hook information;
Scene structure;
Visual style;
Editing style;
Product actions;
Pacing;
Creative structure; and
Other analytical information generated from the reference.

This allows TrendMimic to reuse an existing analysis when the same reference is requested again without unnecessarily processing the same reference video repeatedly.

4. User-Uploaded Assets

User-uploaded source images and videos are used to provide the requested video generation service.

For operational purposes, source assets uploaded for video generation are intended to be retained in temporary storage for approximately 48 hours and are not intended to be permanently stored.

Retention may be longer where reasonably necessary because of:

Technical failures;
Security investigations;
Legal obligations;
Backup systems; or
Other legitimate operational requirements.

Generated outputs may be retained separately from temporary source assets according to the features and storage policies applicable to your account.

5. Sharing Information with Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate TrendMimic.

These providers may include services for:

Cloud hosting;
Database and authentication;
Object storage;
AI processing;
Text-to-speech;
Video processing;
Analytics;
Error monitoring;
Payment processing; and

Examples of infrastructure and service providers may include Supabase, Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, ElevenLabs, Paddle, and other providers used by TrendMimic from time to time.

Service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

6. Payment Processing

Paddle may process personal information in connection with purchases made through TrendMimic.

Paddle operates as the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through Paddle.

Paddle may collect and process buyer information for payment processing, order fulfillment, fraud prevention, tax, compliance, customer support, and related purposes.

Because TrendMimic uses service providers that may operate in different countries, your information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence.
